In a shocking development, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed is plotting terror attacks against India by using Bangladesh as a strategic launchpad. The revelation surfaced after a viral video featuring senior Lashkar commander Saifullah Saif emerged online. The video originates from a rally held on October 30 in Khairpur Tamewali, Pakistan, where Saifullah Saif openly delivered provocative statements. In the recording, he asserted that Hafiz Saeed was “not sitting idle” and is actively preparing to attack India through Bangladeshi soil.
Saifullah further declared that LeT operatives are already present in what he referred to as “East Pakistan (Bangladesh)”, a term intended to evoke nostalgia for pre-1971 Pakistan, and are prepared to retaliate against India, allegedly over Operation Sindoor.
Radicalisation And Terror Training In Bangladesh
Accoridng to a report by India Today, one of Hafiz Saeed’s associates has allegedly been deployed to Bangladesh to radicalise local youth and impart terror-related training. The goal, officials warn, is to gradually create a large sleeper-cell network capable of launching coordinated strikes inside Indian territory.
India Today reports further quoted Saifullah claiming that Pakistan’s religious figure Allama Ibtisam Elahi Zaheer visited Bangladesh and stirred emotions around Kashmir and the partition of East Pakistan, indirectly calling upon youth to support anti-India ideologies.

Incitement Of Children Sparks Outrage
The viral clip also shows children present among the cheering crowd as Saifullah openly urges them to participate in jihad against India. In the same speech, Saifullah bizarrely boasted that America stands with Pakistan, and that Bangladesh is “getting closer” once again. Saifullah also glorified the Pakistani Army, stating that the forces responded firmly after the events of May 9–10, without offering clarity on the context.
In response to growing concerns, Indian security agencies have intensified surveillance along the Indo-Bangladesh border. Officials worry that Bangladesh-based networks could be used to infiltrate operatives, smuggle weapons, or fund extremist activities.
