Iran Vs Israel:  After it endured three waves of Israeli airstrikes, Iran on Saturday said that Israel will face a proportional reaction for the action it took today. Iranian officials said that they are prepared to respond to the Israeli aggression, Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency said on Saturday, citing sources.

"There is no doubt that Israel will face a proportional reaction for any action it takes," Tasnim quoted the sources as saying.

The Iranian military also said that its air defence system successfully countered Israel's attacks but that "limited damage" was caused to some locations, news agency Reuters reported.

The statement from Iran's armed forces was read aloud on state television, which showed no images of the damages. Iran's military claimed its air defences limited the damage done by the strikes, without providing additional evidence.

Saudi Urges Restraint

Meanwhile, in a statement on Saturday, Saudi Arabia strongly condemned recent military actions targeting Iran, labelling them as a "violation of its sovereignty" and an infringement on international law.

The Saudi Kingdom also urged all involved parties to exercise maximum restraint, emphasizing the need for diplomatic measures to prevent further escalation. Saudi Arabia also called on the international community to take immediate steps toward de-escalation and work collectively toward ending conflicts that threaten regional stability.

IDF Says Military Objectives Met

Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari announced that Israel had successfully achieved its objectives following "precise strikes" on military sites in Iran. Hagari emphasized that those who pose a threat to Israel "will pay a heavy price," underscoring the country's commitment to its security and readiness to respond to any hostility.
