Southwest Airlines Flight Gets Stinky: Woman Strips Naked and Poops On Seat During Landing

In a shocking in-flight accident, a woman passenger on a Southwest Airlines plane from Philadelphia to Chicago reportedly went naked and defecated on her seat as the plane was descending into Chicago's Midway Airport, media said. Officials were notified and police were called to Chicago's Midway International Airport on Saturday to assist with the incident, NBC News reported.

Reports say that Flight 418 was moments from landing when the unidentified woman caused panic among fellow travelers by stripping naked and emptying her bowels in her seat. Passengers and flight attendants were reportedly shocked as the bizarre incident unfolded. "Nothing is of greater importance to Southwest than customers' and employees' safety, and we acknowledge the professionalism of our flight crew," the company stated after the incident. The aircraft was immediately pulled out of service for its complete cleaning. Officials confirmed all other passengers had disembarked safely. The fate of any possible charges or legal proceedings against the passenger is unknown as of Sunday morning.

This is the second concerning incident on Southwest Airlines at Chicago Midway Airport in recent weeks. Last month, a Southwest plane almost collided with a taxiing plane upon landing, an accident blamed on sun glare, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said.
