American singer and India-friendly cultural ambassador Mary Millben stirred debate online after sharing an AI-generated video featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi, just as Bihar’s election results poured in. Millben, who has performed for five consecutive US presidents and is known for her vocal advocacy of strong India–US ties, accompanied the video with a celebratory post praising the mandate delivered in Bihar.

In her post on X, Millben applauded the performance of the BJP-JD(U)-LJP (RV) coalition, noting its clear lead in the state assembly race. She also expressed personal joy over singer Maithili Thakur’s electoral victory, referring to her as “little sister.”

“Women voters in Bihar are the stars of this election!” Millben wrote, crediting female voters for shaping the outcome. According to her, the mandate reflects a continued trust in Prime Minister Modi, whom she described as “the only proven leader who can deliver more jobs, institute economic equality, uplift migrant communities, and empower women.”

BJP-Led Alliance Gains Momentum

As per the latest numbers, the BJP has won 87 seats, while JD(U) secured 78. LJP (Ram Vilas) sits at 17 seats, with additional leads still being counted. On the opposition side, the RJD led by Tejashwi Yadav is ahead in 23 seats, winning 2, while the Congress has managed just one.

Prime Minister Modi, reacting to the results, framed the Bihar verdict as a regional and national turning point.

“Ganga flows through Bihar and reaches Bengal… together we will uproot jungle raj from West Bengal as well,” he said, indicating that the Bihar mandate could influence upcoming political contests in other states.

PM Modi’s Sharp Attack On Congress

Addressing party workers, PM Modi launched a strong attack on the Congress, accusing it of relying entirely on “negative politics.” He said the party had no positive vision and routinely attacked institutions, calling him names like “Chowkidar Chor” and questioning the Election Commission.

Calling the party “Muslim League manuwadi Congress,” Modi suggested the organisation was driven by appeasement politics. Without naming Rahul Gandhi, he referred to him as “naamdaar,” predicting that Congress might soon face internal splits and could drag down its allies.

Millben, who famously sang the Indian national anthem during PM Modi’s community event in the US, has long highlighted the importance of a strong India–US strategic partnership. She has previously advocated for small businesses affected by trade tensions and celebrated cultural exchanges between the two countries.

Reflecting on her past interactions with Modi, Millben once said she was “speechless” after performing beside him, describing the moment as deeply emotional and humbling.
