Natasha Danish Ali, the wife of prominent Pakistani businessman Danish Iqbal, is facing severe legal consequences following an accident in which she allegedly killed two people while driving a Toyota Land Cruiser on Karsaz Road on August 19. In a viral video, she was seen threatening a crowd with a smirk on her face after allegedly murdering two people.
A father-daughter duo was killed in the accident. Following this, Natasha Danish, the suspect, has been detained for reckless driving in connection with the crash. According to Pakistani news website Dawn, Natasha was attempting to turn her SUV when she collided with a motorbike. Her vehicle then crashed into two additional motorcyclists before overturning and hitting a parked car.
Meanwhile in Pakistan, there is a massive outrage over the preferential treatment given to the accused, due to her family's influence. The accused is the wife of Danish Ali, the entrepreneur behind Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited.
