Hyundai Verna 2026 Facelift: Hyundai refreshed its Verna mid-size sedan in March 2023, and the current model is now slated for a mid-cycle facelift in the coming months, as the test mule of the updated iteration has been spotted testing again. The latest spy images offer a peek inside the sedan's interior, which appears to borrow cues from the new Hyundai Venue. Let's get into the details now:

Hyundai Verna 2026 Spy Shot: Interior

Going by the latest images, the interior of the new Verna features curved dual screens similar to the 2025 Venue. The displays are likely to be 10.25 inches each. Additionally, one can also spot a new D-cut steering wheel derived from the new Venue. The current-generation Verna lacks both tilt and telescopic steering adjustment, which is expected to be offered with the upcoming iteration. Other expected features include rear seat ventilation, a panoramic sunroof, a powered co-driver's seat, and an upgraded ADAS suite.

Hyundai Verna 2026: Exterior

Subtle visual tweaks are expected on the outside. The front fascia could feature a new grille design and refreshed lighting elements, contributing to a more muscular and sleeker appearance. The full-width LED light strip is expected to continue, though.

The rear end, meanwhile, is likely to get the same taillamp design (albeit with new internals) and a slightly revised bumper. The 16-inch alloy wheels could be carried over from the outgoing version.

Hyundai Verna 2026: Engine

The same 113bhp naturally aspirated (NA) petrol and 158bhp turbocharged petrol engine options are expected to remain unchanged. The 6-speed manual gearbox is standard in the current iteration, while the NA engine is additionally paired with a CVT, and the turbo-petrol also gets a 7-speed DCT.
