2026 Kawasaki Z1100 Specs: Kawasaki revealed the updated iteration of the Z1100 supernaked bike for global markets in September 2025, and it has now launched the same bike in the Indian market at an ex-showroom price of Rs 12.79 lakh. The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 marks the return of the most important nameplate, completing the litre-class Z supernaked lineup. For 2026, the Japanese brand's supernaked has undergone a few visual tweaks but has been given the Z1000-inspired 'Sugomi' design bits, including a crouching stance, a low-positioned headlamp arrangement, and an upswept tail section.
2026 Kawasaki Z1100: Visual Differences
Although it shares Sugomi design elements with the Z1000, the Z1100 is marked out by a new undercowl, wider handlebars, and a single exhaust muffler. The bike is offered in a standard variant finished in Ebony/Metallic Carbon Grey colour scheme.
2026 Kawasaki Z1100: Display, Electronic Aids
The 5.0-inch TFT dash on the 2026 Z1100 seems to be borrowed from the latest Z900. The display is Bluetooth compatible, enabling access to navigation, music controls, and SMS/call alerts. It also manages 3-level traction control, wheelie control, a bidirectional quick shifter, cruise control, dual-channel ABS, two power modes (Full and Low), and four ride modes (Rider, Sport, Rain, and Road).

2026 Kawasaki Z1100: Engine, Underpinnings
Power comes from a 1,099cc, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is derived from the Ninja 1100 SX sport tourer. The engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox, is tuned to produce the same 134bhp at 9,000rpm and 113Nm of peak torque at 7,600rpm. However, the motor's gearing has been tweaked to offer more relaxed cruising at highway speeds.
The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 even features the same twin-tube aluminium frame as the sport tourer, which is suspended by fully adjustable Showa units. The supernaked bike uses Kawasaki's Tokico radial callipers. Having said that, front disc brakes are larger 310mm units compared to the Ninja’s 300mm discs. The tyres are the familiar Dunlop Sportmax Q5A from Z900.
