After gifting a BMW X7 to Rajinikanth for his film Jailer's success, Sun Group owner and film producer Kalanithi Maran has extended a similar gesture for Jailer's director Nelson Dilipkumar and music director Anirudh Ravichander by gifting them Porsche Macan SUV as a token of appreciation.

Nelson and Anirudh were also presented with undisclosed monetary rewards apart from the brand-new Porsche Macan SUVs. They were given the choice of luxury vehicles, with both opting for the Porsche Macan over alternatives like the BMW X3 and the BMW iX electric SUV.

Porsche Macan is a premium and sporty five-seater SUV that comes equipped with a 2.0-litre R4 Turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine. At the same time, higher trim levels offer more powerful V6 options, culminating in the Macan Turbo's exhilarating 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine. It generates a power output of 241 bhp and 370 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, sending power to all the wheels of the car.
