Ather Rizta Gets Touchscreen And Eco Mode With New OTA Update

Ather Rizta Electric Scooter Price: At its annual Community Day event held on August 30, Ather Energy unveiled its all-new EL platform, along with a set of new technologies, futuristic concept vehicles, and updates for existing scooters. Among the product updates is a new touch-enabled TFT display (with a refreshed user interface), thanks to the advanced hardware already built into the scooter. For new Rizta Z buyers, the feature will be offered as standard. Older Rizta Z owners will receive the over-the-air (OTA) update through reverse compatibility. 

Ather Rizta Z Gets Eco Mode

Also new for the Rizta is an Eco mode, which helps strike a balance between range and performance. This feature will also be rolled out to existing buyers in the next few weeks, according to Ather.

Ather Rizta Z Adds New Colour Option

Ather also offers a fresh Terracotta Red colour with a super-matte, dual-tone finish. The new colour option is priced at Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). A striking mono-tone finish is also available for the Rizta S at Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). Ather has clocked over 1 lakh units of the Rizta since the scooter's launch in April 2024, courtesy of ample boot space and user-friendly features.

Other than that, the Rizta remains the same. It comes in two variants (S and Z) and three battery configurations (2.7kWh, 2.9kWh, and 3.7kWh). The scooter claims a maximum range of 159km and is electronically limited to 80km/h.
