Avoid High-Speed And Over Taking

Driving in dense fog and when the visibility is low, it is extremely important to go slowly and avoid overtaking other vehicles. It is ideal to back off from pressing the accelerator pedal too much while making sure that you apply the brakes gently. It is advised that you drive in a safe and controlled manner in these challenging conditions.

Maintain Safe Distance From Other Vehicles

In foggy conditions, it's crucial to maintain a safe distance from other vehicles around you on the road. Reduced visibility is a major challenge for drivers during the winter season. In order to minimize the risk of accidents or crashes, make sure that you are aware and are maintaining sufficient distance between your car and other cars around you.

Use Fog Lamps And Headlamps

When driving in foggy conditions, it is essential to switch on your headlights and fog lamps. If you park your car by the roadside, switch on the hazard lamps to alert other drivers on the road.
