American automobile giant Ford Motors is reportedly planning to re-enter the Indian market soon. These speculations are being triggered by several instances as the manufacturer recently filed design patents and name trademarks for its models in India. In addition to this, the new-gen Ford Endeavour SUV and Ford Ranger pickup truck were recently spotted in Chennai. Now, the interior of both the SUV and the pickup truck have been spied. As per media reports, Ford Motors is expected to enter the Indian automobile market in 2025.

The spy shots of the Ford Endeavour SUV and Ford Ranger pickup truck suggest that both the models have arrived at the Chennai port and are being transported to the company's facility on flat-bed trucks. These models are right-hand drive variants, indicating that they are for the Indian market. Ford has not made any official announcement regarding the launch of these models or about plans to re-enter the Indian market again. It remains to be seen whether Ford will introduce these models as Completely Knocked Down (CKD) units or CBU units.

Ford Endeavour SUV and Ford Ranger - Interior 

The spy shots also provide a glimpse of the interior of both vehicles. The cabins feature soft-touch plastics, leather upholstered seats, a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument console, electrically adjustable front seats, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and more. These features are available on the international versions and it is likely that most of them will be offered on the India-spec models as well.

Ford Endeavour SUV and Ford Ranger - Engine Specs 

Both the new Ford Endeavour and Ranger are built on the T6 ladder-on-frame construction. In terms of engine specs, both the Endeavour and Ranger are expected to be equipped with a 2.0-litre diesel engine with a single turbocharger producing 180 bhp and 420 Nm of torque, as well as a twin-turbo engine that generates a power output of 210 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. The SUV and pick-up truck are likely to be offered with both manual and automatic transmission options.
