Simple Ultra EV Scooter:  The Simple Ultra EV scooter was recently unveiled in the country. The electric scooter from Simple, a Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer, boasts an IDC certified range of up to 400 km, and this is the longest range ever for an electric scooter in the country till now. The brand has also launched the Gen 2 models of the Simple One and Simple One S electric scooters. Let’s take a closer look at the specs of the recently unveiled Simple Ultra EV scooter.

Simple Ultra Scooter: Specs

The Simple Ultra EV scooter is powered by a 6.5 kWh battery, and it boasts an IDC-certified range of 400 Km. The battery on the Simple Ultra scooter is the largest battery ever seen on any electric scooter in India till now. The brand claims that the Simple Ultra EV scooter can go from 0-40 km/h in just 2.77 seconds, and it has a top speed of 115 km/h. The brand is also positioning it as India’s second-fastest electric scooter.

Simple One Gen 2 Electric Scooter

The Simple One Gen 2 electric scooter is now available with options of either a 4.5 kWh battery pack or a 5 kWh battery pack. While the 4.5 kWh version, priced at Rs 1.70 Lakh (ex-showroom), has an IDC-certified range of 236 Km, the 5 kWh version, priced at Rs 1.78 lakh (ex-showroom), boasts an IDC-certified range of 265 km.

Simple One S Gen 2 Scooter

The brand has launched the Gen 2 versions of its Simple One S electric scooter. The Gen 2 One S electric scooter is priced at Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom), and it now has an IDC-certified range of up to 190 Km. It also gets a 1-litre front glovebox, redesigned dashboard, a dedicated charging port, cruise control, traction control, and four levels of regenerative braking.
