Jeep India has introduced a new service named 'Jeep Expert,' which is essentially a Chatbot powered by ChatGPT. The Jeep Expert chatbot is integrated into the Jeeplife mobile application that will provide customers with 24x7 assistance. With the help of the chatbot, there’s no need for customers to go through user manuals and brochures to find basic information. All registered users of the Jeeplife mobile app can easily interact with the Jeep Expert app. It aims to deliver brand-specific answers to customers seeking information.

The Jeep Expert offers 24x7 customer support and answers queries about the brand, product features, basic off-roading capabilities, service tips, user manuals, connectivity features, and more. Jeep also states that the AI model can handle and respond to questions it has not been specifically trained on.
Jeep India Year End Discounts
In other news, Jeep India is offering huge discounts on all its models in India except the Jeep Wrangler. Jeep India has made this announcement in order to push for sales as the year 2023 comes to an end. Jeep India is offering discounts and benefits of Rs 11.85 lakh on the Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV. Jeep Meridian is available with discounts of up to Rs 4.85 lakh. This includes a cash discount of up to Rs 4 lakh along with exchange and corporate benefits worth Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively. The Compass SUV is Jeep’s best-seller model in India, discounts worth Rs 2.05 lakh can be availed on the Compass that includes Rs 1.5 lakh cash discount, along with exchange and corporate benefits of Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000, respectively.
