Kia India, a leading mass premium carmaker, has introduced two new variants, GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S), to bridge the gap between the premium HTX+ variant and the GTX+ and X-Line models. The recently introduced SUV is already getting a lot of attention from the Indian buyers and the SUV’s waiting period has also reached an all time high.

Kia Seltos New Variants Features:

These variations are meant to shorten wait times and improve the value that clients receive. They include notable upgrades like ADAS Level 2 with 17 autonomous features, R18 Crystal Cut Glossy Black alloy wheels, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, and a Sporty All Black Roof Lining, available for an extra cost starting at Rs 20,000. These variations also come with a rear camera and a 6-speaker audio system.

In less than two months since its inception, The New Seltos has already gotten over 50,000 bookings, with 77% of those bookings going to the most expensive variations. The following are the costs for the new variations:

Kia Seltos 2023: New Variant-Wise Price

Kia has focused on both petrol and diesel powertrains and has introduced new variants. The South Korean car maker has offered two engines including the Smartstream G1.5 T-GDi Petrol and the 1.5l CRDi VGT Diesel. Here are the variant-wise prices for the same.

Engine: Smartstream G1.5 T-GDi Petrol

GTX+ (S): 7DCT - Rs 1,939,900
X-Line (S): 7DCT - Rs 1,959,900

Engine: 1.5l CRDi VGT Diesel

GTX+ (S): 6AT - Rs 1,939,900
X-Line (S): 6AT - Rs 1,959,900

Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head Sales and Marketing at Kia India, stated, "There is no better way to win customers' hearts than offering them quick access to their most loved car. The average waiting period on the new Seltos line-up is about 15-16 weeks, which will be cut down to 7-9 weeks with the introduction of these new variants assuring deliveries before Diwali. These variants have been carefully designed for tech-savvy customers who don’t want to compromise on looks, tech, and ADAS assisted safety systems but want quick delivery.
