Kia Seltos HTK+: Kia Seltos is a segment leader model in the sub-compact SUV segment in India since its debut in August 2019. Kia Seltos received a mid-cycle facelift last year and the manufacturer continues to enhance the Seltos to maintain its competitiveness in the market. Now, Kia has introduced two new automatic variants to the Seltos lineup, both belonging to the HTK+ trim.

Kia Seltos HTK+ - New Variants
Kia has updated the HTK+ trim of the Seltos SUV with a CVT automatic gearbox option for the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol variant. It has been priced at Rs 15.40 lakh (ex-showroom) and it now stands as the most budget-friendly automatic variant in the Seltos range, undercutting the previous entry-level automatic variant, the HTX petrol, by Rs 1.20 lakh.
The second new variant features a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission paired with the 1.5-litre diesel engine in the Seltos HTK+. This variant has been priced at Rs 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and is the most economical diesel variant of the Seltos lineup. Previously, the diesel automatic Seltos started from the HTX trim, which was Rs 1.30 lakh pricier than the new variant.
Kia Seltos HTK+ New Variants - Features
Kia has loaded these variants with an array of features, including a smart key with engine start-stop button, automatic climate control, LED headlights with DRLs, electrically folding ORVMs, steering-mounted controls, rear defogger, rear wiper and washer, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and cruise control.

Kia Seltos - Engine Specs
Kia Seltos is available with two engine options - a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.6-litre diesel engine. Both these engines produce a power output of 114 bhp/144 Nm of torque and 114 bhp/250 Nm of torque, respectively. In addition to the respective automatic transmissions, Kia also offers the NA petrol and diesel-powered Seltos with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Furthermore, the diesel variant benefits from a 6-speed clutchless manual transmission.
