Toyota Innova Hycross: Toyota Motor is set to introduce a new variant of its popular Innova Hycross MPV. The Japanese automaker has listed this upcoming variant, known as the GX (O), on its official website. This new GX (O) variant will be positioned as the top-tier option among all variants and will exclusively feature a petrol engine. The Innova Hycross marks Toyota's second offering with a strong hybrid powertrain, following the Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV.

Toyota Innova Hycross Non-Hybrid Variant - Performance
While Toyota is yet to make an official announcement regarding its launch, details about its features have been disclosed. As per information available on Toyota's official website, the GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross MPV will accommodate up to eight passengers, including the driver, with the option of captain seats in a seven-seat configuration. It will be powered by the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine equipped in other variants, coupled with a CVT transmission unit, delivering approximately 173 bhp of power and 209 Nm of peak torque.
Toyota Innova Hycross Non-Hybrid Variant - Design and Features
In terms of design, the new Innova Hycross variant will share similarities with existing models. Its interior will boast a dual-tone Chestnut Brown and Black theme. Notable features include a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Toyota's Connect Audio feature, rear retractable sunshade, automatic climate control, and a 360-degree camera with panoramic view guide and Dynamic Back Guide. Additional amenities comprise a panoramic sunroof, powered ottoman seats in the second row and ADAS technology.

Toyota Innova Hycross Non-Hybrid Variant - Price
Currently, Toyota offers the non-hybrid version of the Innova Hycross in four variants. The Toyota Innova Hycross starts from Rs 18.92 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 19.82 lakh (ex-showroom). It is anticipated that the upcoming GX (O) variant will command a premium of approximately Rs 50,000 over existing models.
