South Korean automaker, Kia, has recently launched the facelift of its popular compact SUV, the Kia Sonet, in the Indian market. The facelift gets significant design modifications and introduces new features to enhance the appeal of the compact SUV. While the official prices for the Kia Sonet facelift are yet to be disclosed, it is poised to compete with models such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, and Hyundai Venue. Let's take a quick look at the comparison between the newly launched Kia Sonet facelift and Mahindra XUV300.

Kia Sonet
Price - Kia has not yet revealed the prices of the Sonet facelift but it is expected that it will be priced between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom).
Engine - 2024 Kia Sonet is offered with three engine options - 1.2-litre petrol engine (83 bhp), 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine (120 bhp) and 1.5-litre diesel engine (116 bhp).
Features - 2024 Kia Sonet is available with features such as Level 1 ADAS, 70 connected car features that includes Find My Car, hinglish commands, valet mode, BOSE premium speaker system, dual-screen connected panel that includes the 10.25 inches digital instrument cluster and 10.25 inches infotainment touchscreen, 360 degree camera with blind view monitor, four-way power driver’s seat, rear door sunshade curtain, all door power window and Smartpure air purifier.
Mahindra XUV300
Price - Mahindra XUV300 is available with prices ranging between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 14.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
Engine - The XUV300 offers a choice of three engine options - a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 110 bhp, a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 117 bhp and a TGDI 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that is capable of producing 130 bhp.
Features - Talking about the features, it is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a single-pane sunroof, cruise control, auto AC, rain-sensing wipers, and connected car technology.
