Mahindra Plans Big SUV Barrage In Coming Months, Thar 5-Door, Bolero Facelift, XUV300 Facelift Launch In The Offing; Details

Mahindra & Mahindra is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in India and offers a variety of SUVs in India. Mahindra’s SUV models in India include Thar, XUV700, XUV300, Scorpio-N, Scorpio Classic, Bolero, Bolero Neo and Marazzo. Mahindra also offers an electric SUV in the country which is the XUV400. Along with these existing models, Mahindra is gearing up to launch three new SUV models for the Indian market.

Mahindra 5-Door Thar 

Mahindra Thar is a renowned SUV in the Indian market and as we have reported earlier, Mahindra is gearing up to introduce a 5-door variant of the popular off-roader. Details about the 5-door Thar are not yet known but the SUV has been spotted testing multiple times on the Indian roads. It is likely that the 5-door Thar will also get the same powertrain configuration as its 3-door counterpart.  

Mahindra XUV300 Facelift 

Mahindra is in the works to launch the facelift model of its sub-compact SUV, the XUV300 by the first half of 2024. The XUV300 facelift has also been spotted testing recently and it is likely that the XUV300 facelift will look similar to the XUV700. It will get a revamped exterior, new interior features and the same powertrain setup as its predecessor.

Mahindra Bolero Facelift 

It is expected that Mahindra will be launching the Bolero facelift in the second half of 2024 or early 2025. The new Bolero will continue to feature a box design and a muscular structure, retaining its iconic look with some modern touches. The new Bolero is expected to be built on the same platform as the Scorpio-N and with different turbo-diesel engine options.
