Mahindra XUV 7XO Pre Bookings: The Mahindra XUV 7XO is set to be launched in India on January 5, 2026. The Mahindra XUV 7XO is essentially the upgraded version of the Mahindra XUV700, and it follows the company’s new nomenclature strategy. The prototype of the Mahindra XUV 7XO has already been spied testing on the Indian roads several times, and the brand has been teasing the upcoming SUV heavily. The brand has commenced the pre-bookings for the Mahindra XUV 7XO from today. Let’s take a look at the booking amount, expected design, features, and powertrain of the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Pre-Booking Details
The brand has commenced the bookings for the Mahindra XUV 7XO from 12:00 pm today onwards. The upcoming XUV 7XO can be booked at an amount of Rs 21,000 through the nearest dealerships of the brand. The brand has also announced the commencement of the bookings for bookings with a new teaser.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Design
As informed earlier, the brand has been heavily teasing its upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO SUV. The recent teaser shared a few glimpses of the front and rear design of the XUV 7XO. At the front, it is expected to get an inverted 7-shaped LED DRL signature with a quad-LED projector headlamp setup, which may look very similar to the recently launched Mahindra XEV 9S. At the rear, it is expected to retain the same LED taillight setup as the XUV700, albeit with a few new design elements.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Features
The upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to share a lot of similarities in terms of cabin with its electric sibling, the Mahindra XEV 9S. In one of the spy images captured earlier this year, the three-screen setup inside the cabin was spotted. Therefore, we expect the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO to come equipped with features such as a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated infinity logo, an auto-dimming IRVM, powered and ventilated seats, a Level 2 ADAS suite, and more.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Powertrain
While the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to come equipped with several changes in terms of design and features, it will likely continue with the same engine as the Mahindra XUV700. The XUV 7XO is expected to get the same engine options of either a 2.0-litre turbo petrol or a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine, offered with the XUV700. Both of these engines can be paired with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
