Mahindra is getting ready to unveil the updated model of its well-liked XUV300 early next year, and rumours have it that it will come with a panoramic sunroof. With this, the XUV300 is set to lead in the segment of compact SUV cars. It is believed that this new feature would make the XUV300 among the leaders in the market.
In recent years, sunroofs have been a key factor for customers purchasing SUVs. The majority of SUV models have this feature as standard equipment. Over the previous five years, the number of cars with sunroofs has increased by five times. These days, according to Rushlane, every fourth automobile sold in India has this feature.

Since Hyundai introduced the Exter, this feature is now also available on the micro-SUV market. The electric sunroof on the Hyundai Exter is voice-activated and available on all trim levels (SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect).
Mahindra XUV300 - Interiors
The Mahindra XUV300 facelift will see some other changes in addition to a panoramic sunroof. The interiors will also see some improvements, and the design will get a makeover. The SUV's front end, bumpers, and tail lamps will all be modified. A brand-new infotainment system with a larger touch-screen display and improved connectivity choices will be included with the redesigned XUV 300.

Mahindra XUV300 - Engine and Power
However, it is anticipated that the XUV300 facelift's engine configuration would resemble that of the base model. There are now two 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engines and one 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine available for this SUV. These powertrains have performance ratings of 110 hp/200 Nm, 131 hp/250 Nm, and 117 hp/300 Nm respectively. Both a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission are available for all three engines. Mahindra is yet to specify whether the facelifted XUV300 would include a torque converter unit in place of the AMT.
