Mahindra XUV400 Pro Launched With Updated Features; Bookings Begin At Rs 21,000; Check Prices

Mahindra XUV400 Pro Launched In India: Mahindra & Mahindra has launched an updated variant of their only electric offering in the country, the XUV400. The manufacturer has named this new variant, the Mahindra XUV400 Pro which is available at a starting price of Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra has also opened the bookings for the new EV model, interested customers can book the XUV400 Pro by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000. Additionally, Mahindra has also stated that the XUV400 Pro prices are introductory and will be valid for deliveries made till May 31, 2024. Deliveries for the Mahindra XUV400 Pro are expected to commence from February 1 in the country. 

Mahindra XUV400 Pro - Prices 

Mahindra XUV400 Pro is available in three variants - EC Pro with 34.5kWh battery and 3.3 kW AC Charger, EL Pro with 34.5 kWh battery and 7.2 kW AC charger and EL Pro with 39.4 kWh battery and 7.2 kW AC charger. Ex-showroom prices for all these three variants are Rs 15.49 lakh, Rs 16.74 lakh and Rs 17.49 lakh respectively.

Mahindra XUV400 Pro - Performance and Driving Range 

The electric motor in the XUV400 Pro is capable of producing a power output of 150 bhp and 310 Nm of torque. It is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 8.3 seconds which is the fastest acceleration in the non-luxury segment. Additionally, it can achieve a top speed of 150 km/h. Talking about the range, the EC Pro variant with 34.5kWh battery pack and the EL Pro variant with 34.5 kWh battery pack will offer a driving range of 375 km. The EL Pro variant with 39.4 kWh battery pack will offer a driving range of 456 km. It is also available with multiple riding modes such as Fun, Fast, Fearless and Lively mode. Lively mode is  first in its segment which helps in facilitating smooth navigation through heavy traffic easily.

Talking about the features in the XUV400 Pro, it is equipped with some high-end features such as a 10.25 inch infotainment system and a 10.25 inch instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay features, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear AC vents, wireless charger, rear USB charging port, OTA updates and Alexa compatibility. It is also equipped with a host of safety features such as six airbags, ESP, TPMS, auto-dimming IRVM, four disc brakes and ISOFIX seats.
