Maruti Suzuki Dzire Vs Honda Amaze:  The third-generation Amaze was launched in India in December 2024, and it recently proved its roadworthiness by scoring 5 stars in Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) crash test. One of its prime rivals, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, was also awarded the 5-star safety rating by BNCAP in June 2025. But do you know which one of these compact sedans offers better safety? Maruti Suzuki Dzire Vs Honda Amaze: BNCAP Ratings

As informed earlier, both of these compact sedans scored a 5-star safety rating in crash tests organised by BNCAP. However, they have scored differently in terms of Adult Occupant Safety and Child Occupant Protection. While the third-generation Honda Amaze has scored 28.33 out of a total of 32 points in Adult Occupant Safety, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire has performed better by scoring 29.46 points out of a total of 32. In terms of Child Occupant Protection, the third-gen Honda Amaze has a score of 40.81 out of a total of 49, whereas the Maruti Suzuki Dzire has scored 41.57 points out of a total of 49.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire Vs Honda Amaze: Safety Features

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze offer safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, Hill Hold Assist, an ISOFIX child seat mount, and rear parking sensors as standard across all variants. The Amaze also offers an Emergency Stop Signal as standard, whereas the Dzire offers a Rear Defogger. Both of these compact sedans also share the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) feature. While the Amaze comes with a rear-view camera, a Blind View Monitor, and a Level 2 ADAS, the Dzire comes with a 360-degree camera.
