Maruti Suzuki Victoris Deliveries Commence In India, First Owner Is This Famous YouTuber

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Delivery: With a few days of delay, Maruti Suzuki has commenced deliveries of the Victoris, its second mid-sized SUV after the Grand Vitara, across India. The brand delivered the first unit of the Victoris to a famous YouTuber named Tarun Choudhary at the Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom. The first SUV delivered was the Victoris CNG LXi.

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Bookings Cross 25,000 Unit Mark

Maruti Suzuki announced pricing for the Victoris in mid-September, and since then, the Victoris has garnered more than 25,000 bookings, extending the waiting period to over 10 weeks (or 2.5 months) in India. The brand opened the booking window for the Victoris in early September at Rs 11,000.

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Price

The Maruti Suzuki Victoris ranges from Rs 10.50 lakh to Rs 19.99 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom), making it cheaper than its Nexa sibling, the Grand Vitara. Maruti Suzuki retails the Grand Vitara between Rs 10.77 lakh and Rs 19.72 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Features

Despite being more affordable than the Grand Vitara, the Victoris offers a powered tailgate, LED fog lamps, larger displays, front parking sensors, and a Level 2 ADAS suite with adaptive cruise control, all of which are not found in the Grand Vitara. The Victoris is also the first Maruti to feature an underbody CNG tank. Other features include a 360-degree camera, a panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, an 8-way power driver's seat, drive modes (Eco, Normal, Sport), and wireless charging.

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Mileage

Built on the same platform as the Grand Vitara, the Victoris comes with the same mild hybrid, strong hybrid, and CNG powertrain options. Having said that, the Victoris delivers higher fuel efficiency, at 28.65km/l for the strong-hybrid e-CVT. For the same setup, the Vitara returns 27.97km/l.
