MG Majestor Price:  The much-awaited MG Majestor has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 40.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The brand had unveiled the MG Majestor in February 2026, and its launch was much anticipated ever since. Marketed as the country’s first D+ segment SUV, the MG Majestor will rival the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq, Volkswagen Tayron R-Line, and more in the Indian market. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and specs of the newly launched MG Majestor.

MG Majestor: Variants And Pricing

The MG Majestor will be offered in a total of 2 broad trims: the MG Majestor Savy 4x2 AT and the MG Majestor Savy 4x4 AT. The Majestor Savy 4x4 AT variant features enhanced off-roading capabilities, such as crawl control, M-lock transfer, and triple differential lock, while the Majestor Savy 4x2 variant misses out on this. This is the only difference between the two variants of the SUV. While the Mjaestor Savy 4x2 AT is priced at Rs 40.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the top-of-the-line Majestor Savy 4x4 AT will cost Rs 44.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

MG Majestor: Design

The MG Majestor features vertically placed LED DRLs and tri-beam headlamps. It also gets a sculpted bonnet, blacked-out grille, and chunky bash plate. The MG Majestor also gets blacked-out ORVMs, thin body cladding, and 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. On the rear, it gets a connected LED taillight setup with a chunky skid plate, reflectors, and dual exhausts with chrome surrounds. It also gets a stop lamp mounted on the thin roof spoiler, Morris Garages' badging below the rear windshield, and a rear wiper.

MG Majestor SUV: Interior & Features

The newly-launched MG Majestor SUV gets Smoke Ebony-theme Interiors with leatherette upholstery. The seats also get ventilation and multi-mode massage functionality with padded leather for enhanced comfort. The list of features on the Majestor also includes a panoramic sunroof, JBL Studio 12-speaker audio system, a digital Bluetooth Key, dual-wireless charger, 64-colour ambient lighting, and a 12-way powered driver’s seat with memory functions.
It also features a three-zone climate control system, Intelligent Headlamp control, and a gesture-controlled electric tailgate with 343 litres of boot space. The boot space can be increased to up to 1350 litres with the third row folded.

MG Majestor SUV: Engine Specs

The MG Majestor SUV will also come equipped with several advanced features that will help it in off-road terrain. It gets an advanced 4x4 system with 10 different modes. The SUV can select the 2h/auto4h/auto4L modes automatically, and it also gets dedicated driving modes, such as city/sand/rock/mud/snow. The Majestor also gets a Triple Differential lock and M-crawl mode, which is a low-speed off-road assist system. It has a water wading capacity of 810mm, and it draws power from a 2-litre twin-turbocharged diesel engine that can generate peak power of up to 215PS.
