MG ZS Facelift: The upcoming 2025 MG ZS has been revealed through leaked patent images, showcasing significant updates in design, interior and features. This new generation model is expected to introduce new powertrain options internationally and will likely arrive in the Indian market soon after its global debut. In India, MG offers the ZS as an all-electric model and the ZS Astor as the internal combustion engine (ICE) variant, featuring two petrol engine options.

MG ZS SUV Facelift - Design 

The design of the upcoming MG ZS boasts a sharper look with sleek headlights, a sporty grille design that appears larger, a newly sculpted bumper and a sharp kink on the nose. The side profile will feature a fresh alloy wheel design, a strong shoulder line and black cladding on the lower body section. The redesigned tailgate will now place the number plate in the centre, while the rear bumper receives a dual-tone treatment with possible dual faux exhausts.

MG ZS SUV Facelift - Interior 

Moving inside, the new MG ZS will feature a revamped interior for a more contemporary look. It is expected to include a larger touchscreen infotainment system, an updated digital instrument cluster, a new audio system, panoramic sunroof and a plethora of other features.

MG ZS SUV Facelift India Launch 

There are rumours suggesting that the international market may see a petrol strong hybrid engine option in the new model. It is anticipated that MG will also offer this new hybrid powertrain in the Indian market, alongside the all-electric variant and the regular petrol-powered variants of the Astor. Once launched, the new MG ZS will compete in the Indian market against rivals such as the Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Honda Elevate, Kia Seltos, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, and Volkswagen Taigun.
