Mini Countryman SE All4 Electric: Mini has launched the Countryman SE All4 at an ex-showroom price of Rs 66.90 lakh in India. Positioned as an all-wheel-drive, all-electric SUV, the Countryman SE All4 is a completely built-up model. Bookings for the newly launched model are now open at all authorised dealerships, with deliveries commencing with immediate effect. Let's take a look at its battery specs, features, and design:
Mini Countryman SE All4: Battery, Range
Starting off with a drivetrain, the new Countryman SE All4 features a 66.45kWh lithium-ion battery accompanied by a dual-motor setup. The range output is pegged at 440km on a WLTP cycle. With 309bhp and 494Nm of peak torque, the Countryman SE All4 accelerates from a halt to 100km/h in 5.6 seconds, according to Mini. The top speed is capped at 180km/h (claimed).
The Countryman SE All4 has a claimed charging time of 29 minutes (10–80 per cent) on a 130kW DC fast charger and 3 hours and 45 minutes (0–100 per cent) on a 22kW AC charger.
Mini Countryman SE All4: Interior, Features
The interior features a minimalist look, with the dashboard headlined by the brand's circular OLED display, which runs the latest Operating System 9. The display supports voice commands, OTA updates, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. JCW-specific bits, such as a steering wheel (with paddle shifters), sports seats, black upholstery in Vescin/Cord combination, and dashboard trims, add sportiness. As standard, Mini offers electric seat adjustment with Active Seat for the driver.
Mini claims that the dashboard and door trims are chrome- and leather-free, featuring recycled 2D knitted fabric lining. Other bits include a Harman Kardon sound system, a head-up display, a fisheye camera, a panoramic glass roof, ambient lighting, and wireless charging.
Mini Countryman SE All4: Safety Equipment
Safety-wise, standard equipment includes three-point seatbelts, dynamic stability control, brake assist, ABS, cornering brake control, a rear-view camera, a tyre pressure indicator, front passenger airbags, and side curtain airbags. Also available are advanced assist systems, including adaptive cruise control, Parking Assistant Plus with a 360-degree camera, and Comfort Access (a keyless entry system for automatically locking/unlocking the car).
Mini Countryman SE All4: Design
The Mini Countryman SE All4 is available in a single JCW trim, featuring a neat, minimalistic design with vertical body details, a unique front grille, a sculpted hood, new headlamps, and short overhangs. The vehicle also gets flush door handles and 19-inch JCW Runway Spoke Black alloy wheels.
JCW-specific elements include side skirts, door entry sills, black roof rails, sports stripes, and aerodynamic bumpers. The electric vehicle comes in two exterior paint options: Legend Grey and Midnight Black, both complemented by roof and mirror caps in Jet Black.
