MS Dhoni Seen Driving Black Mercedes G Class, Video Goes Viral; All About The Car

Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his love for automobiles is not a secret as the former India captain is one of those athletes with an expensive garage. Not just cars, the 'Captain Cool' has some of the 'coolest' bikes in his collection. Now, amid the buzz over his retention by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the IPL 2024, MS Dhoni was spotted flaunting his brand new Mercedes G Class. A video of MS Dhoni driving his black Mercedes G Class is insanely going viral on the internet. The video was shared by Dhoni's 'tennis partner' Sumeet Kumar Bajaj and is said to have been shot in Jharkhand's Ranchi, his hometown. This is not the first time MS Dhoni is seen flaunting his exotic cars, as videos of him driving his cars and bikes have also emerged earlier.

All About The Mercedes-AMG G63 

Any AMG variant of a Mercedes-Benz car is its performance oriented variant. The Mercedes-AMG G63 popularly known as the ‘G-Wagon’ is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo petrol engine that generates a power output of 576 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. The AMG G63 is equipped with an AWD drivetrain and the power is sent to all four wheels of the car via a 9-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 220 km/h. 

The Mercedes-AMG G63 is priced at Rs 2.45 crore (ex-showroom) in India. This new AMG G63 has cost MSD around Rs 3.3 crore when it has come onto the road. Apart from this he has also spent money on additional features, accessories and upgrades. Cost details of this additional package are not known.

Apart from this new addition, MS Dhoni’s garage also houses some extravagant cars like the Ferrari 599 GTO, Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, Audi Q7, Hummer H2, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, Kia EV6, Land Rover Defender, Land Rover Freelander 2 and Land Rover Series III.
