Navratri 2025 Date: With the festive season demand combined with the Indian government's GST overhaul, Tata Motors has reported delivering 10,000 cars on the first day of Navratri (September 22), while also witnessing enquiries of more than 25,000 across its dealerships. Describing this festive season as one of the strongest in years to date, Tata Motors was among the first automakers to fully pass on the GST benefits to its customers, reducing prices on its small cars such as the Tiago, Altroz, Punch and Harrier. 

Tata Festive Season Offers Valid Till Sept 30

Alongside the GST 2.0 benefits, Tata also rolled out special festive offers valid until September 30, helping make its cars even more affordable and drive customer demand. Following the clearance of GST reforms on September 3, Tata adjusted ex-showroom prices across its model line-up, combining them with additional festive benefits.

Tata Tiago, Nexon, Safari: How Much You Save

Among the SUVs, the Nexon receives the highest benefit, enabling total savings of up to Rs 2 lakh. Following the Nexon are the Safari and the Harrier with reductions of up to Rs 1.98 lakh and Rs 1.94 lakh, respectively. Furthermore, the entry-level Tiago hatchback receives the benefits totalling up to Rs 1.20 lakh, enhancing affordability among people switching from two-wheelers to four-wheelers.

Under GST 2.0, small cars, measuring under 4,000mm and with up to 1,200cc petrol engines and/or 1,500cc diesel engines, are taxed at 18 per cent, down from 28 per cent. Bigger cars, on the other hand, attract a flat 40 per cent GST.
