The next-gen KTM 390 Adventure was recently seen testing in Europe and it has now been spotted testing in India for the first time. The next-gen KTM 390 Adventure is anticipated to make its debut this year with a revamped chassis and an upgraded 399 cc single-cylinder engine that is equipped in the new 390 Duke. The spy shot indicates that the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure aligns more closely with larger adventure bikes from KTM.

2025 KTM 390 Adventure - Appearance
As seen in the spy images, it gets a vertically-stacked projector headlamp and boomerang LED DRLs. Additionally, the Indian test mule has significant changes compared to its European counterpart. It is equipped with a 19-inch front wheel instead of a 21-inch unit. The choice of tyres is likely to differ based on the variant and specifications. It is also possible that KTM may introduce multiple variants, including a tourer and a fully-equipped adventure variant of the next-gen KTM 390 Adventure.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure - Performance
The upcoming 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is likely to come with increased ground clearance and the new chassis might contribute to a lower seat height. The test mule is equipped with a single-piece seat and wider grab rails. The new KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a new 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 44 bhp and 39 Nm of torque. However, it is likely that it will be tuned as per the specification of the 390 Adventure for enhanced touring capabilities.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure - Features
Talking about the features, it is expected that it will get riding modes, a bi-directional quickshifter, and multi-level traction control. The new-gen adventure bike is expected to feature dual-channel ABS with the supermoto function. The TFT display with smartphone connectivity from the existing 390 Adventure is likely to be retained in the new model.
