French automaker Renault has introduced updates to the Kwid, Triber and Kiger in the Indian market. The vehicles now come with new variants and additional features, along with new colour options. Additionally, the French carmaker plans to launch five products in the next three years. The five product launches include entirely new models and the next generation of Kiger and Triber. 

Talking about the upcoming launches by Renault in India, Mr. Venkatram Mamillapalle, Country CEO & Managing Director, Renault India Operations said, “Over the next three years, we are set to embark on an exhilarating journey with five product launches, encompassing both entirely new models and the next generation from our current product range. This significant stride forward is not only a testament to our commitment but also marks the introduction of the all-new Renault brand identity to the Indian market. Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional value, create delightful experiences, and evoke a renewed sense of pride among Renault owners.”

Renault Kwid

The 2024 Renault Kwid has been introduced with three new dual-tone exterior body colours for the Climber version. The RXL(O) variant now features an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, making the Kwid the most budget-friendly hatchback with this feature. Additionally, Renault has introduced the RXL(O) variant with Easy-R AMT, making the Renault Kwid the most affordable automatic car in the Indian market. Additionally, the Renault hatchback is now available with 14 safety features as standard. Price for the 2024 Renault Kwid starts at Rs 4.69 lakh (ex-showroom).

Renault Triber

Renault Triber will now be available with additional features such as a driver seat armrest, electrically foldable outside rear-view mirrors, a 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, and a wireless charger. The RXT variant now features a rearview camera and a rear wiper, while the RXL variant boasts rear AC with dedicated controls and vents for the 2nd and 3rd rows. Additionally, LED cabin lights and a PM 2.5 air filter have also been incorporated. All variants of the Renault Triber will now be equipped with 15 safety features and rear seat belt reminders as standard. Prices for the 2024 Renault Triber start at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Renault Kiger 

Renault India has updated the Kiger with new features that include semi-leatherette seats, a leatherette steering, a welcome and goodbye sequence, auto-fold outside rear-view mirrors (ORVM) and a bezel-less auto-dim inside rear-view mirror (IRVM). Additionally, it is also equipped with features such as auto AC, power-fold ORVM introduced from the RXT(O) variant, cruise control on the RXZ Energy variant and LED cabin lamps on all variants. In terms of safety, it now gets 15 safety features and seat belt reminders. Additionally, the lineup introduces a new RXL variant with Energy Manual EASY-R AMT powertrains and the RXT(O) variant with the Turbo Manual and X-Tronic CVT powertrain. Prices for the 2024 Renault Kiger start at Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom).
