Solis JP 975 Tractor: Solis, the flagship brand of International Tractors Limited (ITL), has launched the JP 975 tractor, engineered to empower the 'Viksit Kisan of India'. Built from the ground up on an entirely new technology platform, the new JP 975 is Solis's first JP model that marks the brand's entry into new-generation farm machinery for diverse agricultural applications.
Solis JP 975 Tractor: Advanced Engine, Segment-First Transmission
At the core of the JP 975 is the advanced JP Tech 4-cylinder engine, which is claimed to deliver up to 10 per cent higher torque output peaking at 205Nm. The engine, which is built for heavy-duty operations, is mated to the segment-first 15F+5R Epicyclic Transmission, according to the company. The engine is also equipped with side-shift gears for enhanced manoeuvrability, complemented by a range of at least 5 optimised working speeds tailored to suit various applications.
The JP 975 also features a Smart Shuttle system, enabling 'jerk-free' directional changes during field and loader work while enhancing efficiency. Besides, the vehicle's ladder-type chassis, according to Solis, is engineered to minimise noise and vibration levels, concurrently enhancing stability.

Solis JP 975 Tractor: Will Spawn Other Models Too
Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors Limited, stated that the Solis JP 975 represents a significant leap forward in tractor technology, aligning with the evolving needs of Indian farmers through intelligent engineering and a future-ready design. He added that the JP 795, with its engine and transmission, sets a new benchmark in power, comfort, and application versatility. A series of tractors based on this advanced platform will follow over the next 12 months, enhancing efficiency and productivity for farmers.
