Tata Curvv SUV Showcased At Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024; Check Expected Price, Launch Date

Tata Curvv SUV: Tata Motors, a leading automobile manufacturer in India is known to be in the works to launch a new offering, the Tata Curvv SUV. Tata Curvv concept was first showcased at the Auto Expo in January 2023 and the manufacturer is now displaying the Curvv SUV which is in its final stages of production at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. Prior to this, the Tata Curvv SUV has been spotted testing on Indian roads while being heavily camouflaged. In addition to this, Tata recently filed design patents for the Curvv SUV, indicating its imminent launch by the first half of 2024.

Tata Curvv SUV - Design 

Tata Curvv SUV which is being displayed at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024, will undergo significant changes compared to the concept version that was showcased at the Auto Expo 2023. The new Curvv model features various updates in its design such as LED DRLs and a lightbar influenced by Tata's latest design language seen in models like Nexon, Punch, Harrier and Safari. The front grille, bumper and headlight units have also been updated while the air vents at the front have been repositioned and the air intake is now situated lower on the bumper. From the side, the overall profile of the Curvv SUV closely resembles the concept version. However, some new additions in the production models are new alloy designs, larger wheel arches with black claddings and flush door handles. At the rear, the connected LED tail lights have also been modified.

Tata Curvv SUV - Powertrain

Talking about the engine specs, the Curvv SUV is expected to be offered with a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.4-litre turbo diesel engine. These same powerhouses are also equipped in the Tata Nexon SUV. Tata Curvv equipped with a petrol engine was unveiled at last year's Auto Expo. Now, the Curvv SUV being showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo is equipped with a diesel engine under its hood. Apart from ICE powertrains, Tata is also planning to launch the Curvv SUV in EV iterations as well. 

Tata Curvv SUV - Price 

Post its launch, the Tata Curvv SUV is expected to be priced between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom).
