Tata Punch EV Facelift Price:  The Tata Punch EV Facelift has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Notably, the mentioned price is an introductory Battery as a Service (BaaS) price, and it also includes a battery rental fee of Rs 2.6 per kilometre. The Punch facelift was launched in India on January 13, 2026, and the launch of the Punch EV facelift was much-awaited ever since. The Punch EV has remained one of the most popular electric vehicles in the country since its introduction in 2024. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and range of the newly-launched Tata Punch EV facelift 2026.

Tata Punch EV Facelift 2026: Design

The Tata Punch EV facelift retains its overall contour, with a slightly revised front fascia that looks cleaner than before. The front fascia looks much the same as the outgoing model. However, the connecting light bar between the LED DRLs has been removed, and the black trim connecting the LED headlamps has also been omitted. The Punch EV facelift gets a cleaner look, thanks to these changes, and it also gets a redesigned bumper with a slightly revamped scuff plate.

Tata Punch EV Facelift: Features

The all-new Tata Punch EV facelift comes equipped with a slew of advanced features. The list of features on the Tata Punch EV facelift includes an automatic climate control system, a 10-inch infotainment screen with wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with front ventilated seats. It also features a cooled glovebox, a 360-degree camera, voice-assistance, and a rear wiper and defogger.

Tata Punch EV Facelift 2026: Battery & Range

The Tata Punch EV facelift now comes with a higher range, thanks to the addition of a larger 40 kWh battery pack. The Punch EV facelift will be offered in two variants- the Medium Range (MR) variant has a 30 kWh battery pack, and the Long Range (LR) variant now has a 40 kWh battery pack. The brand claims a real-world range of up to 355 Km with the LR variant, whereas the ARAI-claimed range stands at 468 kilometres. The claimed real-world range for the MR variant stands at 335 kilometres. The brand is also providing a lifetime warranty on the battery pack of the Punch EV for unlimited kilometres.

Tata Punch EV Facelift: Faster Charging

The Tata Punch EV facelift also features faster charging now. The Punch EV can be charged from 0-20 per cent in just 26 minutes using a 65 kW DC fast charger. The brand also claims that 15 minutes of fast charging with the 65 kW DC fast charger can provide enough power to the SUV to cover 135 Kilometres. The Punch EV can also be charged using either a 3.3 kW charger or a 7.2 kW charger.

Tata Punch EV Facelift: Powertrain

The Tata Punch EV facelift 2026 is more powerful than the current model on sale. While the current model can generate a peak power of 121 bhp, the newly-launched Punch EV facelift can generate up to 127 bhp. Thanks to the additional power, the Punch EV facelift can go from 0-100 km/h under 9 seconds. It also features three driving modes: City, Eco, and Sport. Additionally, it also features four levels of regenerative braking, which can be adjusted using the paddle shifters.
