Ultraviolette, a Bengaluru-based two-wheeler startup, months after introducing its F77 has now announced a special ‘Space Edition’ for Indian EV lovers. The bike is claimed to be offered with the aerospace grade material built body and is priced more than the standard variant which is available with a starting price of Rs 3.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The official bookings of the bike will begin August 22 and the company has said it will be putting only 10 units on sale. As per CEO Narayan, the new edition is a tribute to Chandrayaan 3 which is going to land on Moon on August 22.  

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition: What’s New?

The company has provided an appealing white colour scheme, which it claims contributes to efficiency by minimising drag. There's also Space Edition badging on the body and a number on the charging port flap that indicates the bike's unique serial number. The bike also comes with a number of extras, such as tank grips and a wheel cover, and is constructed from a single block of Aerospace Grade Aluminium.

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition: What’s Different?

The all-new Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition will be offered with a 10.3 kWh battery with a 30.2kW motor which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 40.5 hp and a peak torque of 100 Nm torque. It will be offering a range of 307 km which is similar to the top-end Recon variant.

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition Price, Availability:

The Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition is Rs 95,000 more expensive than the F77 Recon and is priced at Rs 5.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The bookings will begin at 6 PM on August 22.
