Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Ultraviolette Automotive, on Thursday, said that all units of its electric bike, F77 Space Edition, have been sold out within 90 seconds. Ultraviolette Automotive began the bookings of the F77 Space edition at its official website on August 22 at 6 p.m. Within 90 seconds, all 10 Space edition F77 units were sold out.

Ultraviolette Automotive's CEO Narayan Subramaniam informed that the limited edition model is a tribute to India's Moon Mission, Chandrayaan-3, which landed successfully on the lunar surface on August 23.

F77 Space Edition - Appearance

Priced at Rs 5.6 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition is equipped with a body made of aerospace-grade material and is more expensive than the standard model. It also gets aerospace-grade aluminium (aluminium 7075), aerospace-grade paint, and an aerospace-grade aluminium key.

The company has a pleasing white colour scheme that, according to the company, increases efficiency by reducing drag. Moreover, the Space Edition badge is located on the body, and the charging port flap has a number that represents the bike's particular serial number. The bike is made of a single block of aerospace-grade aluminium and comes with a number of elements, such as tank grips and a wheel cover.

F77 Space Edition - Performance

The F77 Space Edition is built in with a 40.5 bhp/100 Nm electric motor. With a top speed of 152 km/h, it is capable of going from 0 to 60 kmph in just 2.9 seconds. The electric motorbike has a 307km (IDC) estimated range. Additionally, it has interfaces and technology based on aeroplane electronics, including multiple battery fail-proof systems.
