Yamaha XSR 155 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Yamaha, the popular Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, recently launched its first retro-roadster motorcycle, the XSR 155, in India. While the XSR 155 comes equipped with a 150cc engine, it rivals the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 in the country. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is a popular retro-styled roadster motorcycle. Yamaha XSR 155 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Features
The newly-launched Yamaha XSR 155 comes equipped with a fully-digital LCD instrument cluster. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350, on the other hand, comes equipped with a semi-digital analogue instrument cluster. The Instrument cluster on the XSR 155 provides Bluetooth connectivity for calls and SMS, while the Hunter 350 gets a dedicated tripper for turn-by-turn navigation, which the XSR 155 misses out on. Both of these motorcycles feature a dual-channel ABS braking system.

Yamaha XSR 155 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Engine
The Yamaha XSR 155 draws its power from a 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and it features a slip and assist clutch as well. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350, on the other hand, is driven by a 349cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. The mill on the Hunter 350 generates a peak power and Torque output of 20.2 PS and 27 Nm. The Yamaha XSR, with a smaller engine, generates a peak power of 19.3 PS, and the torque figure stands at 14.2 Nm.

Yamaha XSR 155 Vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Mechanicals
The Yamaha XSR 155 gets a modern, inverted fork-type suspension, whereas the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 gets traditional telescopic forks at the front. At the rear, the Yamaha XSR 155 features a monoshock suspension, while the Hunter 350 features twin-shock absorbers with 6-step preload adjustment. The Hunter 350 has bigger tyres and discs when compared to the Yamaha XSR 155.
