Politics is a game of uncertainty and this is more visible when the elections are near, and something similar is happening in Bihar. Rashriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) chief and former Union Minister Pashupati Paras has heaped praises on his estranged nephew and Union Minister Chirag Paswan after two leaders parted ways in 2021.

While talking to the media, Paras said that if Chirag becomes CM, it would make him happy as the LJP (RV) leader is part of his family and is his nephew.

But the supreme power is vested in the public's hands, he added. At present, Paras has not joined the Mahagathbandhan but has met their senior leaders, including Lalu Prasad Yadav.

He has reiterated that the Mahagathbandhan will form the government. But the statement has caused a stir in the state politics with political parties drawing multiple interpretations.
