Bihar Weather News: Cold has increased due to the flow of westerly winds in Bihar. Minimum temperature has fallen in most of the cities of the state including the capital Patna, jagran.com reported. As per SK Patel, scientist of the Meteorological Center in Patna, as the western disturbance progresses from Wednesday, December 11, the minimum temperature will fall. A yellow alert has been issued in seven Bihar districts today in view of dense fog.
Bihar Weather Today: Yellow Alert In THESE Districts
Wednesday morning saw fog in Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Saharsa, Madhepura, Purnia and Katihar districts. Due to this the visibility is very low.
Yellow alerts have been issued in seven districts. Today the minimum temperature in the state is expected to be between 8-12 degrees Celsius. Along with this, moderate to dense fog is forecast in parts of West Champaran, Gopalganj, Saran, Siwan, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Begusarai, Khagaria, Samastipur, Vaishali, Buxar, Bhagalpur, Lakhisarai, Bhojpur and Katihar districts.

the maximum temperature of Patna, Muzaffarpur and Purnia is predicted to be 22-24°C and minimum temperature is predicted to be between 10-12 degrees Celsius whereas the maximum temperature of West Champaran areas is predicted to be 22-24 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature is predicted to be 8-10 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of the districts around Bhagalpur and Rohtas is predicted to be between 24 to 26 degrees Celsius whereas the minimum temperature is predicted to be between 8 to 12 degrees Celsius.
On Tuesday, Dehri was the coldest place in the state, the minimum temperature here was recorded at 9.6 degrees Celsius. From December 15, people are likely to witness shivering cold.
In Buxar and Jiradei, the maximum temperature was recorded at 26.8 degrees Celsius. Meteorologists say that the minimum temperature of the state will now keep falling. Apart from this, fog is likely to affect the schedule of flights and trains.
Patna Records Min Temp At 14.9 Degrees Celsius
In the capital Patna, the minimum temperature was recorded at 14.9 degrees celsius and the maximum temperature was recorded at 24 degrees Celsius. The humidity was recorded at 81 per cent.
