Bihar Railway News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate a Vande Bharat Express train between Bihar's Madhepura and the capital city Patna on Monday. The train is likely to significantly boost the regional connectivity and is also expected to provide relief to thousands of passengers in Madhepura and nearby districts by cutting the travel time. The train will operate six days a week and is also expected to improve the financial activities in the region. PM Modi is scheduled to visit Purnea on Monday, where he will inaugurate the new airport terminal and National Makahana Board.

Vande Bharat Express to operate from Madhepura to Patna:

While providing details, the railway officials stated that train number 26302, the Vande Bharat Express train, will depart from Danapur at 5.10 pm and will arrive in Dauram Madhepura at 10.23 pm. The key train will pass through several stations, including Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Hasanpur Road, Salona, Khagaria, and Saharsa. The officials further stated that the train will reach Araria Court, Forbesganj, and Jogbani via Banmankhi and Purnia.

The authority further stated that train number 26301 Vande Bharat Express will depart from Jogbani at 03.25 am and will reach Dauram Madhepura at 05.53 am via Forbesganj, Araria Court, Purnia, and Banmankhi. The train will arrive at Danapur at 11.30 am after halting at Saharsa, Khagaria, Salona, Hasanpur Road, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, and Hajipur.

Kosi Express already operates between the two cities, leaving from Madhepura for Patna Junction at 2.39 pm and reaching Patna at 9.50 am. This train leaves from Patna Junction for Madhepura at 3.10 pm and reaches Madhepura at 10.23 pm. Kosi Express operates on all the days of the week, providing major relief to thousands of passengers on a daily basis.
