Allied Blenders IPO Listing:  Allied Blenders and Distillers shares debuted on the stock exchange on Tuesday. On NSE, the shares of Allied Blenders and Distillers' opened at Rs 320 per share, up 13.88 percent from its issue price of Rs 281. Meanwhile, on the BSE, the shares opened at Rs 318.10 per share, up 13.20 percent from the IPO issue price.

Allied Blenders IPO subscription status

The IPO of Allied Blenders and Distillers was subscribed 23.49 times on Thursday, the final day of bidding. The section dedicated to qualified institutional buyers received 50.37 subscriptions, while the non-institutional category got 32.35. 4.42 subscriptions were made in the individual investors section.

Allied Blenders IPO Face Value

Each share has a face value of Rs 2 and the price band for Allied Blenders and Distillers IPO, which concluded on June 27, had a price band of Rs 267 to Rs 281. Earlier, the company had announced that it had raised Rs 449 crore from anchor investors a day before the IPO's opening. Allied Blenders and Distillers is an international liquor company founded in 2008 in India. The company offers vodka, brandy, rum, and whisky.

In addition, they sell bottled drinking water under the Officer's Choice, Sterling Reserve, and Officer's Blue brands. With the introduction of Officers' Choice in 1988, the company made a significant foray into the premium whiskey market. From 2016 to 2019, it was ranked among the whiskey brands with the largest annual global sales volume.

Details of the Allied Blends and Distillers IPO

Allied Blenders' IPO, valued at Rs 1,500 crore has a fresh issue of Rs 1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth Rs 500 crore by promoters and other investors. Resham Chhabria, Jeetendra Hemdev, and Bina Kishore Chhabria have offloaded their stakes through offers for sale. Link Intime India Private Limited is the bookrunner for the Allied Blenders IPO. At the same time, Iti Capital Ltd, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, and ICICI Securities Limited are the lead book-runners.
