BCCL IPO Allotment Stat KfinTech: Bharat Coking Coal Limited has finalised the share allotment for its Rs 1,071 crore initial public offering (IPO). Meanwhile, investors who have placed bids can check their BCCL IPO allotment status onthe registrar's KFin Technologies Ltd website or the same can be checked through official websites of exchanges.
How to check Bharat Coking Coal IPO Allotment Status on Kfin Technologies
- You need to visit the KFinTech official website. You can also jump to the IPO allotment page using https://ipostatus.kfintech.com/.
- Next, you will have to select the BCCL IPO name from the dropdown menu.
- Now, to proceed, you need to select any options-- PAN, Application Number, or Demat Account.
- Next, you enter the details according to the selection you made in the previous step.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button, and you will have the share allotment status on your screen.
After a highly successful subscription period, between January 9 and 13, wherein Coal India's arm BCCL received 146.87 times bidding against the total allotted shares.
Following the share allotment, the BCCL IPO listing is set to be done on Friday, January 19. Earlier, the listing was scheduled for January 16; however, as per media reports, the same has been postponed due to the BMC elections in Mumbai on January 15.
The Rs 1,071.11 crore share sale, which was an entire offer for sale by Coal India, opened on January 9.
BCCL IPO Subscription Status
The IPO was subscribed 146.87 times, getting bids for 50,95,55,58,000 shares against 34,69,46,500 total allotted shares.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was subscribed to 310.81 times, followed by 258.16 times bid by Non-Institutional Investors. Meanwhile, the retail investors' quota was subscribed 49.83 times. At the same time, the shares reserved for employees and shareholders have been subscribed 5.18 times and 87.29 times, respectively.

The grey market premium of the Bharat Coking Coal has remained high on the line of massive subscription. According to Investorgain, a grey market tracker, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 36.65, up 59.35 per cent or Rs 13.65 against the upper limit of the IPO's price band--Rs 23.
