Bharati June Quarter Result: Telecom operator Bharti Airtel reported on Friday that its consolidated net profit jumped by more than 2.5 times to Rs 4,160 crore in the quarter that ended June 30, 2024, from Rs 1,612.5 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
Bharti Airtel’s consolidated operating revenue increased by 2.8 percent to Rs 38,506.4 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 37,440 crore in the June quarter of last year. Bharti Airtel’s India revenue increased by 10.1 percent to Rs 29,046 crore on a year-on-year basis.
The mobile average revenue per user (ARPU), a key metric for determining the growth of Bharti Airtel’s telecom business in India, increased to Rs 211 in the reported period from Rs 200 in the same period a year ago.

Bharti Hexa Results
Telecom operator Bharti Hexacom, which operates under the Airtel brand, reported a more than twofold increase in its net profit to Rs 511.2 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2024, from Rs 253.2 crore in the same period a year ago.
Bharti Hexacom’s total revenue increased by 14 percent year-on-year to Rs 1,910.6 crore from Rs 1,681.7 crore a year ago. Mobile revenue grew by 12.9 percent year-on-year driven by improved realization and sustained customer additions.
Average revenue per user (ARPU), a key metric for determining telecom operator growth, increased to Rs 205 for the quarter from Rs 194 a year ago.
