BluSmart, the electric ride service that closed its operation earlier this year, abruptly accused its founders of forgery and asked the customers to not expect refunds. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the firm informed that even the employees did not receive their salaries for the last four months, adding that requesting refunds through social media texts was of no use. The post immediately caught the attention of the netizens, as most of them were left shocked by the post. Some of the users even assumed that the post was made by one of the employees who was not given a salary.

“Everyone, BluSmart company has been shut since feb’2025. Founders have done the fraud. Do not expect any refund of your wallet money. Even the employees have also not got their 4 months salary. No point messaging on social media," BlueSmart's post stated. The post immediately went viral on the social media platform by receiving more than four thousand likes in just a few hours.

How Did Netizens React?

The netizens claimed that one of the employees chose to speak the truth after "receiving hundreds of refund requests on a daily basis". "Looks like someone from the social media team with the credentials tweeted this out of frustration over not receiving their four months’ salary," one of the social media users stated. "You can't lose job when you don't have one," another one pointed out.

"Go in pride whoever you are. Blusmart was an amazing company and its nothing without its people . I hope the founder rot in jail and you guys get good placements," one of the netizens stated.

Earlier this year, the firm suspended its services after the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) prohibited its co-founder, Anmol Singh Jaggi, from participating in the securities market.
