Forbes 30 Under 30: Forbes published the ninth edition of its "30 Under 30 Asia" list on Thursday, honouring 300 young entrepreneurs, leaders, and pioneers under the age of 30 who are driving innovation and changing industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Below is the list of Indians who made the Forbes list.

- Oshi Kumari, Devwant Bhardwaj, and Arth Chaudhary - InsideFPV

Founded in 2020 by Oshi Kumari, Devwant Bhardwaj, and Arth Chaudhary, insideFPV is an Indian drone startup. Its flagship product is an easy-to-use "plug-and-fly" drone that simplifies the drone experience compared to existing models on the market.

- George Francis 

George Francis serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Consumer Industries, a wearables company based in Bangalore. The company recently introduced an innovative smart ring that weighs just five grams. This state-of-the-art device incorporates NFC technology and advanced health monitoring features.

- Kush Jain - Orma AI

Kush Jain is the co-founder of ORama AI, a venture that focuses on building assistive technology. One of their notable innovations is a smart glove designed to help visually impaired individuals learn Braille.

- Harshit Jain and Abhik Saha - OnePlay

Harshit Jain and Abhik Saha founded OnePlay in 2019, a cloud gaming startup headquartered in Mumbai. OnePlus uses cloud infrastructure to give users access to popular video games on multiple platforms, eliminating the need for high-end hardware.

Industry, Manufacturing, and Energy

- Akshit Bansal and Raghav Arora - Static

Operating under the Static brand, Akshit Bansal and Raghav Arora run Gurgaon-based Sharifi Services. Their company offers a nationwide network of electric vehicle charging stations for cars, buses, trucks, and three-wheelers. These charging stations boast of rapid charging capabilities, capable of refilling a vehicle's battery in just 15 minutes. Additionally, consumers get the facility of pre-booking time slots and remote charging management.

- Gautam Maheswaran and Arun Shreyas - Race Energy

Founded in 2018 by Gautam Maheswaran and Arun Shreyas, RACE Energy is headquartered in Hyderabad. The startup specializes in manufacturing swappable battery packs for the ubiquitous three-wheeler auto rickshaws prevalent in India.

Finance and Venture Capital

- Aniket Damle - Blackstone

Aniket Damle is a member of the private equity investment team at Blackstone. Overseeing investments in the automotive, consumer, and industrial sectors across South Asia, he plays a key role in driving strategic investment decisions.

- Yeshu Aggarwal - Transq

Yeshu Aggarwal is one of the co-founders of Transq, a web-based payment gateway that simplifies the process of buying and selling non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and cryptocurrencies.

- Srinivas Sarkar and Kushagra Manglik - Duet

Founded by Srinivas Sarkar and Kushagra Manglik, Kapal is a financial technology startup that provides services to couples. Regardless of their sexual orientation or marital status, Couple helps couples manage their finances effectively. Other notable individuals included in the 2024 list include K-pop girl band Iwe, Singaporean track and field athlete Veronica Shanti Perera, Ryosuke Takashima, the youngest mayor of Japan's Ashiya City, and many others.

Forbes Asia reporters and editors evaluated more than 4,000 candidates, with a panel of independent judges assessing factors such as funding, revenue, social impact, scale, inventiveness, and potential. The prestigious panel included Roshni Nadar Malhotra of HCLTech, Kai-Fu Lee of Sinovation Ventures, and S.D. Shibulal of Infosys.
