iValue Infosolutions IPO: The iValue Infosolutions Initial Public Offering (IPO) opened for public subscription on September 18, 2025. This IPO is an avenue for existing shareholders to sell their shares to the public.

The price per share is set between Rs 284 and Rs 299, and the subscription period runs from September 18 to September 22. The IPO consists entirely of an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning existing shareholders are selling their shares. There are 1.87 crore shares for sale, which would raise Rs 560 crore at the highest price. None of this money will go to the company itself.

The main purpose of the IPO is to get the company's shares listed on the BSE and NSE exchanges and to allow shareholders to sell their shares.

The company has raised Rs 168 crore from anchor investors, who are large investors such as mutual funds. They have bought 56.21 lakh shares at the top price of Rs 299 per share.

iValue Infosolutions IPO GMP: The Grey Market Premium (GMP) is Rs 25, which indicates the unofficial market sentiment. Based on this, the estimated listing price is Rs 324, which is 8.36 per cent higher than the IPO price.

iValue Infosolutions IPO Listing Date (tentative): The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 25.

Up to 50 per cent of the shares are reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), at least 15 per cent are reserved for non-institutional investors, and at least 35 per cent are reserved for individual investors.
