Jyoti CNC Automation IPO GMP Price and Subscription Update:  The Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Jyoti CNC Automation Limited was opened for subscription on January 9 and it will close today evening i.e. January 11. Therefore, Interested bidders have only one day to apply for the public issue.

Jyoti CNC Automation, a CNC machines manufacturer, has set the IPO's price range at Rs 315- 331 per share. So far, the offering has received a strong response from investors in the first two days of the auction.

Shares of Jyoti CNC Automation will be listed on BSE and NSE and will be available for trading from the end of the week.

IPO Subscription Status

In the first two days of the auction, the offering was oversubscribed 3.92 times, the retail portion of the public issue was oversubscribed 11.08 times and the NII portion of the public offer was oversubscribed 6.49 times.

On the third day of the Jyoti CNC Automation IPO subscription, the public issue was subscribed 7.33 times at around 11:18 am, its retail portion was subscribed 18.77 times, and its NII portion was subscribed 13.75 times.

Shares of Jyoti CNC Automation are quoting at a premium of Rs 75 in the grey market today, according to stock market watchers.

According to stock market watchers, the grey market premium (GMP) of Jyoti CNC Automation IPO stands at Rs 75 today, unchanged from yesterday's GMP of ₹75. Hence, the IPO GMP has remained almost stable for the past two days.

Jyoti CNC Automation IPO Details

The Jyoti CNC Automation IPO allotment date is expected to be on January 12, 2023. Link Intime Pvt Ltd has been appointed as the official registrar of Book Creation Publication. Jyoti CNC Automation IPO is proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE and the date of listing of Jyoti CNC Automation IPO is 16 January 2024.
