LPG Price Hiked:  Consumers have received a shock of inflation just before the festivals like Dussehra and Diwali as the price of commercial LPG cylinders has been hiked by around Rs 50. From today, LPG commercial cylinders will be available in Delhi for Rs 1740, this rate applies to Indane cylinders. The price of domestic LPG cylinders has been unchanged, the 14 kg cylinder is still priced at Rs 803 in Delhi.

According to the latest rate announced by Indian Oil, the commercial LPG cylinder prices are Rs 1692.50, Rs 1850.50 in Kolkata, and Rs 1903 in Chennai from 1st October 2024. Earlier, in September, the rate of LPG cylinder hiked by approximately Rs 39 to Rs 1691.50.

Today, Chennai people can buy a domestic cylinder at the same September rate of Rs 818.50, the 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder is available at the same old rate of Rs 803 in Delhi. In Kolkata, it costs Rs 829, and in Mumbai, it costs Rs 802.50.

The price of commercial cylinder has decreased to Rs 1756 in Gurugram, whereas, the price of domestic cylinders has remained stable at Rs 811.50. The cylinder has also become expensive in Patna, Bihar. From today, a commercial cylinder will be available at Rs 1995.5 in Patna, whereas a domestic cylinder will be available at its old rate of Rs 892.50.

The price of a domestic LPG cylinder is Rs 815.5 today in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, but now the rate of a commercial cylinder has become Rs 1793.5. Today, a domestic LPG cylinder will be available at Rs 840.5 in Lucknow, and a commercial gas cylinder will be available at Rs 1861. The domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 806.50 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. On the other hand, a 19 kg cylinder has now become Rs 1767.5 here.
