Aadhaar, a most prominent identity document, is a 12-digit identification number that contains details of an individual's biometric and demographic data, including iris scan, fingerprints, name, address, gender, and date of birth. Aadhaar is one of the largest biometric identification systems in the world. As Aadhaar is one of the most important documents for Indian citizens, it is important to ensure that all the details are correct, otherwise, you may face problems. While there are some details that can be updated multiple times, there are two specific details that can be updated only once and it must be filled in carefully.

Date of Birth Can't be changed too often
Generally, people keep updating the address when they relocate due to their job opportunities, so it can be changed several times. However, the date of birth cannot be changed too often. So, if the date of birth in Aadhaar is wrong, It can be updated only once. So, always remember that the date of birth should be correct on the Aadhaar card.
The second detail that needs to be filled in very carefully is the name, as it will not be updated repeatedly. Some people fill in their nicknames or initials while applying for an Aadhaar card or they ignore the spelling. You should always keep your official name on your Aadhaar Card.
