PM Kisan 21st Installment 2025 Release Date: The farmers of several flood-affected states, including Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh, are expected to receive the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi before Diwali 2025, which is on October 21. The funds are usually deposited simultaneously into the accounts of farmers all over the country; however, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his visit to these states, assured that the amount will be transferred early to the farmers of the flood-affected areas. Apart from this, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also reportedly stated that the amounts will be transferred to the farmers to provide relief from the recent losses.
Earlier in the first week of September, PM Modi visited the flood-affected areas of Punjab and assured that the central government will provide assistance to normalise the situation. He also assured that the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be released in advance to provide financial assistance. Earlier last week, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited Jammu and assured that the installment will be released before November, reported Mint.

The farmers of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, and Punjab are likely to receive the amount before the occasion of Diwali. Earlier in August, PM Modi released over Rs 20,500 crore under the PM Kisan 20th installment at a Varanasi event.
What Is PM KISAN Samman Nidhi Scheme?
The Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme was formally launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 24, 2019, in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Under this initiative, small and marginal farmers receive annual financial assistance of Rs 6,000, disbursed in three equal installments directly into their bank accounts to support their agricultural needs. PM Modi has stated that the scheme will benefit the farmers in numerous ways, adding that the financial support will give them the necessary support.
