PM-KISAN 18th Installment Date 2024: Farmers are eagerly awaiting the 18th instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme. According to the official website of PM Kisan, the next instalment will be released on 5 October 2024. Earlier, the 17th instalment was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in June 2024, and over Rs 21,000 crore was sent into more than 9.26 crore farmers' accounts.

Benefits of PM-KISAN scheme

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, eligible farmers are getting financial assistance of Rs 2,000 every quarters, i.e. Rs 6,000 annually. Farmers get these three instalments – April-July, August-November, and December-March. The money is transferred directly to the bank accounts of eligible farmers. The welfare scheme was announced in the interim budget of 2019, in Modi's first term, by then Finance Minister Piyush Goyal.

Steps to check the Beneficiaries list

- Visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on the 'Know Your Status' tab.
- Enter your registration number, and captcha code and select the 'Get Data' option.
- Your status will be visible.
- To check your name in the beneficiary list:
- Visit the official website of PM Kisan www.pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on the 'Beneficiary list' tab.
- Select state, district, sub-district, block and village.
- Click on 'Get report'.

How to apply for PM Kisan Yojana

You need to visit pmkisan.gov.in.

Find  'New Farmer Registration' option and enter your Aadhaar number.

Fill in the information sought in PM-Kisan Application Form 2024, save it and take a printout for future reference.
